Founder and Principal Consultant
Richard is a seasoned human resources leader with over 25 years of leadership and management experience in a variety of sectors including aviation, energy, utilities and not-for-profit. An accomplished labour relations professional with significant experience negotiating collective agreements and managing disputes at both the federal and provincial level.
Richard has extensive training in Conflict Management/Mediation and has completed Certificate programs in Workplace Investigations and Workplace Mental Health Leadership.
Richard initially began his career in Sports Administration working as an Executive Director, Board Member, High-Performance Manager and Coach in College and Amateur athletics in Alberta and British Columbia.
